The exchanges are applicable in the following cases:
- The product(s) are damaged, faulty, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) do not meet the original specifications or are found to be different than what you actually purchased.
- The size you ordered is smaller or larger compared to your foot size (if available in stock).
You can exchange any product purchased from GLANZ within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Customers are required to ensure that the product is unused with the price tag attached along with the original sales invoice.
- We cannot exchange or return the product that is damaged because of use after opening the parcel or the product has been altered.
- Anything missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories, cannot be exchanged.
