Customer can claim a refund for the product(s) within 48 hours from the time of delivery only for the following conditions:
- If the product has a manufacturing fault, the customer can lodge a complaint within 48 hours from the time of delivery. The Quality Assurance Department will conclusively determine if the product has a manufacturing fault and exchange the same. However, the refund shall only be granted if the complained product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged.
- The size which fits is out of stock.
To avoid cash refunds in both above cases, we suggest our customers to purchase any other product or avail our discount coupon codes. However, if the customer is not satisfied, the item would be refunded.
If the Refund Is Applicable
We will inform the customers once we received their returned item. The return will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team which may take 10-15 working days from the date of receiving your return. We will also notify the customers of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale are non-refundable.
